At Jozani Luxur, we take pride in offering luxury watches and jewellery of exceptional quality. Our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the standards expected of a premium brand, while protecting the integrity of our products.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure authenticity and product integrity.

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • The item received is defective due to manufacturing faults

  • The item received is incorrect compared to the order placed

  • The issue is reported within the allowed return window

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, security, and authenticity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage

  • Products altered, resized, engraved, or customized

  • Jewellery exposed to chemicals, moisture, or improper storage

  • Watches with removed protective seals or signs of use

  • Items returned without original packaging, certificates, or accessories

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)


Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, certificates, and accessories

  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Items that fail inspection upon return may be rejected and sent back to the customer.


Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@luxur.us.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear images

  3. Our team will review and provide return authorization instructions

  4. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

Return shipping instructions will be provided once approval is granted.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable

If a return is rejected, no refund will be issued.


Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered at Jozani Luxur’s discretion, subject to stock availability. Customers may be required to cover any price difference and additional shipping costs.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or incorrect item

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service

  • Jozani Luxur is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographic evidence and order details

  • Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted


Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Jozani Luxur first may result in delays or denial of future services. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team for resolution before contacting their payment provider.


Policy Amendments

Jozani Luxur reserves the right to modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. The applicable version is the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
