Warranty Coverage

All watches and jewellery sold by Jozani Luxur are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period

  • Luxury Watches: Covered for a period specified at the time of purchase (typically 12–24 months, unless otherwise stated).

  • Jewellery: Covered against manufacturing defects for a defined period from the date of purchase.

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date as indicated on the sales invoice or order confirmation.


What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship

  • Mechanical faults not caused by misuse or external damage

  • Structural defects directly related to production

If a covered defect is confirmed, Jozani Luxur will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item at no cost, or

  • Replace the item with an equivalent product, or

  • Offer an alternative resolution where repair or replacement is not feasible


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, or surface wear)

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or servicing by third parties

  • Water damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow care instructions

  • Battery replacement, straps, chains, clasps, or cosmetic components unless defective at delivery

  • Loss, theft, or intentional damage

Jewellery damage resulting from impact, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals is also excluded.


Repair Services (Out of Warranty)

Jozani Luxur offers professional repair and maintenance services for items outside the warranty period or for damage not covered under warranty.

Repair Process

  2. Provide order details, clear images, and a description of the issue

  3. Our specialists will assess the item and provide a repair quotation

  4. Repairs proceed only after customer approval

All out-of-warranty repairs are chargeable and handled with the same precision and care as warranty services.


Repair Turnaround Time

Repair timelines vary depending on the nature of the issue, availability of parts, and complexity of the repair. Estimated timelines will be communicated once the assessment is complete. We strive to complete all repairs as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.


Shipping for Repairs

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping items to our designated repair facility unless otherwise stated. Return shipping after repair will be communicated during the service process. Jozani Luxur is not responsible for damage incurred due to improper packaging.


Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims and repair requests. Items without proof of purchase may not qualify for warranty service.


Care & Maintenance Responsibility

To preserve the longevity and appearance of your watch or jewellery:

  • Follow all care and usage instructions provided

  • Store items properly when not in use

  • Avoid exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, and impacts

  • Service mechanical watches at recommended intervals

Failure to follow proper care guidelines may void the warranty.

Jozani Luxur reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty & Repair Policy at any time without prior notice. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
